The Elegance at Hershey Appoints Don Stabilito
as New Executive Director

DonStabilito-HersheyElegance-ExecutiveDirectorHERSHEY, PA – Don Stabilito has been a volunteer for the last four years for The Elegance at Hershey and was previously employed at the AACA Museum as part of the Guest Services team. Don’s professional background includes more than forty years of service in the engineering and construction industry, where he served on various projects related to power plant and chemical plant development as well as various infrastructure projects throughout the United States. Don is a long-time member of the AACA and is a proud member of the judging corps, specializing in HPOF vehicles (Historic Preservation of Original Features).

“Don’s organizational skills and attention to detail will serve The Elegance at Hershey very well,” notes Steve Moskowitz, Elegance Board Member. “No stranger to the AACA, the AACA Museum and The Elegance at Hershey, Don adds a unique perspective to his duties as Executive Director. We are happy he has accepted this challenge.”

HERSHEY, PA – Holly Simpson and her family have been residents of Hershey for over 18 years, during which she has been very active in the community. She serves on the Parks and Recreation Board for Conewago Township and has a supporting role in the success of the Association of Faculty and Friends Fashion Show for the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She has also spent years of involvement in various events at the Lower Dauphin School District.

“Holly is going to be a huge asset in allowing us to grow The Elegance in the South-Central Pennsylvania area. She has a tremendous work ethic to go along with great experience supporting her community. We are thrilled she has accepted this position,” stated Michael Rich, Chairman of the Board. “Having someone as committed as Holly to our charities is also a great boost for the event,” Michael further states.

Holly has immediately accepted the responsibility of chairing The Elegance 5K Challenge foot race/walk held in conjunction with the vintage hill climb automotive race. This year, she has planed many improvements for the participants and it is shaping up to be a great event.

The Elegance at Hershey, a 501 (C) (3) organization based in Hershey, PA, was established in 2010. In its first four years, The Elegance at Hershey has donated over $500,000 to its three charities, JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), The AACA Museum and the AACA Library & Research Center. Contributions are facilitated by significant sponsor support. Together with a great team of volunteers and donors, The Elegance is excited to move forward with the 2015 event. The event will be held on June 12, 13 and 14, 2015.
