Autos & Ales at the AACA Museum

Hershey, PA (August 25, 2014) Come help us celebrate craft beer, great bands and amazing wings at the 5th Annual Autos and Ales at the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Museum in Hershey on November 7th from 6-10PM. With more than 25 breweries with ales to sample, there’s sure to be something for every taste.
This year’s line-up includes breweries ranging from Downingtown’s Victory Brewing Company to returning favorites like Lancaster Brewing Company, Snitz Creek and more. Others participating include Appalachian Brewing Company, Flying Fish, Ithaca, Swashbuckler and our close neighbors, Troegs. But don’t think we left out you cider lovers! Angry Orchard will also be joining the party! The guys from ReHAB, REgional Harrisburg Area Brewers will be showing guests how to make your own hard cider. Be sure to try your favorite beer or cider in your FREE Souvenir Glass. And what goes perfectly with beer? Wings! Smoked Bar and Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Just Wing It, Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar and others will all be competing for your vote in our FREE Wing Contest. Other participating food vendors include Moe’s Southwest Grill, Philly Pretzel Factory, Seltzer’s Lebanon Bologna Co., and The Hershey Company. In addition, Yuengling’s Ice Cream and ABC Root Beer will be available for designated drivers—so there will be something to satisfy everyone’s appetite.
Wander around our tri-level Museum and take in all the splendors of over a century of automobile and motorcycle history, while enjoying two hot, local bands, The Luv Gods and Deezle Church. Try a cigar in the Cigar Lady’s exclusive smoking tent. Sample and purchase a wide variety of cigars from around the world. Want to learn how to brew your own beer? Enjoy Beer Brewing and Cooking Demonstrations from ABC!
Don’t forget about the 50/50 Cash Raffle and Door Prize Raffle to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF). This is our 5th year supporting JDRF. This event has a wonderful array of activities as well as beer and automotive themed novelties, so get your tickets now—last year the event was sold out!
Guests of this event must be 21 years of age or older. Photo ID will be required for admission. Designated Driver tickets are available online and at the door for just $15. About the AACA Museum
The AACA Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate, displays beautifully restored automobiles, buses and motorcycles in unique life-like scenes representing the 1890s – 1980s in a cross-country journey from New York to San Francisco. This Museum, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, is known to be one of the largest automotive museums. Special exhibits change several times a year and focus on a variety of eras and types of vehicles. The Museum is located just off Route 39, one mile west of Hersheypark Drive in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
