Hershey, PA (March 8, 2017) – As we begin the 2017 spring season, we’re excited to have a 2nd Chance Auction, Flea Market & Car Corral – new for this year at the Antique Automobile Club of American (AACA) Museum!
Join us for an auction and flea market area dedicated to automotive related tools, parts & automotive collectible items. A car corral will be available onsite – spring is the perfect time to transition ownership of those classic vehicles!
Many folks remember and ask about the AACA PA Dutch Region Auction that used to be held at the AACA Museum. This is a new event that will be similar in set-up to this long time favorite.
Flea Market & Car Corral open to the public beginning @ 8:00 AM. Auction begins @ 11:00 AM. The event will be held in and around the storage buildings behind the AACA Museum.
There is no fee to attend this event. Breakfast, lunch and snack items will be available for purchase.
Flea Market Vendors:
We’re looking for folks interested in selling vehicle parts, tools and collectible items. Vendor Booth fee is $10.00 for a space. All vendors will be responsible for their own space set up needs – i.e. back of a vehicle | tent, tables, chairs, etc. Flea Market vendor booth set up is from 6:30- 8:00 AM. Have a vehicle you would like to sell? Here’s your chance! Car Corral spaces are just $10.00 to display your vehicle. Vehicle owners should arrive between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM if possible so that they are in place for visitor’s to arrive at 8:00 AM.
The auction will begin @ 11 AM and have individual items and lots available for sale until inventory has been depleted. Auction will consist of automotive related items including tools, vehicle parts and automotive collectible items.
We are in search of donation items for re-sale. If you are interested in donating to the auction, items may be dropped off on Friday April 7th from 9 AM – 4 PM or Saturday, April 8th from 6:30 – 9:00 AM. As a 501 (c) 3 organization, the AACA Museum appreciates all donations and donation receipts will be available upon request.
No tires, upholstered seats or automotive glass will be accepted for donation. Flea Market Vendors are welcome to sell these items.

After the auction, guests can enjoy other featured exhibits: “Amore della Strada” an Italian vehicle exhibit, “Three Chevys & A Diner”, and “Mopar Midsize Muscle” featuring muscle cars, all on display through April 22.
Families can also enjoy the Easter Egg Hunt happening inside the Museum on April 8 from 11 AM to 1:30 PM. Guests will hunt to find a variety of “egg spots” within the main and lower levels of the Museum. Treats will be given to each child 12 and under at these treat locations. Bring your Easter Egg Baskets!!We’re offering FREE admission for children (up to age 12) with a paid regular admission. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Upcoming summer exhibits opening on May 13, 2017 include “Garage Finds” featuring unrestored cars that survived time, “Detroit Underdogs” brings the column authored by Milton Stern in Hemmings Classic Car to life, and “Camaro and Firebird” celebrating the 50th anniversary.
