Currently hiring for an Event Coordinator and Event Staff.
This position is responsible for planning and execution of Museum, corporate, and private events including weddings. Must be customer-focused and extremely detail oriented. Selection and managing event staff must be done with customer service as the main criteria resulting in a positive experience for the client.
This position is responsible for providing operational functions before, during, and after events in a team setting. The employee will assist with site set up, take down, monitoring and enforcement of Museum rules. The employee must understand the Museum’s desired image and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
