Bobby socks, leather jackets, poodle skirts—and fins? That’s right. During the 50’s and 60’s, being in style meant driving a car that looked like a rocket ship!

1958 Packard Hawk1958 Packard HawkReturn to those days with the Antique auto Museum at Hershey as we present a special exhibit celebrating the tail fin and the era that produced them. From the sweeping fins of the ’61 Buick to the rising sails of the ’58 Desoto, the exhibit traces the rise and fall of a styling feature that created some of the most colorful and dramatic automobiles ever to travel America’s roadways.

So zip up your leathers, pat down your skirt and high tail it to Hershey for a show about UFO’s—Unbelievable Finned Objects! The fun starts May 10th and runs through October 12, 2008.

Stand up Drivers: Vintage Milk Trucks from the Jay Crist and Friends Collection

May 23 – September 8, 2008

A unique collection of seven vehicles all completely different in design. This exhibit will be a chronology of delivery vehicles starting with a horse pulled milk wagon and giving viewers an idea of how milk deliveries were made to homes for over a 70 year time span.

Antique Motorcycle Club of America Gallery

Antique Motorcycles 1884 - 1973

The Antique Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA) is pleased to announce its new partnership with the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Museum. To celebrate this alliance, we are proud to reveal the sneak preview opening of Motorcycles 1884 - 1973, opening Sunday, June 8, 2008.

The antique motorcycle exhibits will be located within the Antique Auto Museum at Hershey. Harley DavidsonInitially 30-40 rare motorcycles will be on exhibit. The majority of the bikes and artifacts will be displayed in the new AMCA Gallery. However, don’t miss the chance to see period correct motorcycles intermingled with over 100 historic automobiles in the time line exhibit that spans eight decades.

The AACA Museum facility will be the new international headquarters for the AMCA and will also serve as an exciting location for special antique motorcycle events and social gatherings.

Cadillac LaSalle Club Museum Cars on Display

October 10, 2007 – August 1, 2008

Two rare cars from the collection of the Cadillac LaSalle Club Museum & Research Center, Inc. are now on display for a limited time at the AACA Museum.

The 1931 Cadillac that is a CCCA Premier and CLC Senior Car. Its meticulously authentic restoration was completed in 1995, when it won First in Class at the Meadowbrook Concours d' Elegance and Second in Class at Pebble Beach.

The 1937 LaSalle convertible sedan, Model 5049, is one of only 530 convertible sedans produced for 1937, the first year this model was available.
