New Leader Takes the Wheel at the AACA Museum

Hershey, PA (September 7, 2012)  Mark Lizewskie has been named the new Executive Director of The Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Museum in Hershey, PA.  He was selected for this position by the AACA Museum Board Search Committee following an extensive search.

Practically born behind the wheel of an MGA when his mother was eight-months pregnant with him, Mark has been a car guy since day one. He has dedicated his entire professional career to all things automotive and has been an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician for over 25 years, holding positions of technician, shop foreman, and service manager in new car dealerships. Starting from the year 2000, he is the curator, restorer and historian for the JWR Automobile Museum located in Frackville, Pennsylvania. A veteran of the concours circuit, Mark has exhibited the collection’s vehicles, and acted as judge at numerous venues across the country annually for the last 12 years. Mark is a founding member of the board of directors and car selection chairman for The Elegance at Hershey concours. He hopes to finally realize his life-long dream of racing with the Vintage Sports Car Club of America in the very near future.

Mark currently resides in Zion Grove, Pennsylvania with his wife Lois and will begin as Executive Director at the AACA Museum in October.
