Job Duties: Effectively provides the leadership, strategic direction and management of the organization dedicated to the celebration, preservation, education, and display of motor vehicle history that provides value and entertainment for its members, hobbyists, and the public. Responsible for revenue generation, donor relations, financial management, program planning, and skillfully leading a small staff and a large volunteer group to achieve objectives.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or finance. At least 10 years of proven strategic business management experience with a record of measurable results, in both profit and nonprofit organizations. Strong financial management and fundraising skills are required. Enthusiasm for the automotive hobby and knowledge of museum operations are each a plus. Seeking an inspirational, energetic, decisive and ethical leader, able to help a great team reach its potential. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are a must, as well as organization, planning, PC and interpersonal skills. Looking for a creative, flexible, positive team player, interested in the varied duties of the key position in a unique organization.
